REFUND

All sales are final. So consider carefully before purchasing. If you are not sure about the products, please feel free to drop us an enquiry with our customer service assistant and we will be more than happy to answer all your questions.

All the colour of picture might be different from the real product, treated as normal.

All balance or refund money will be credited into your account as rebate money.

(For example, if you bank in extra RM3, we will credit RM3 to your member account as rebate credit, and you can redeem it on your next purchase)

If in the case of product defects, please contact our customer service within 3 days after the parcel delivered. We will immediately resend a new product to you once we received your return of the defect item. If in the case where we do not have product to send, we will provide a full refund of money and the money will be credited into your account as rebate money. 

(For example, if we need to refund RM199, we will credit RM199 to your member account as rebate credit, and you can redeem it on your next purchase)

 

RETURN
We apologize if we had sent you a defective /incorrect item.  As the product we sell are limited imported from overseas and we will do double check before shipped out. If the defect does not affect the use of the item, we have the rights to not to make any replacement.

Please contact us from Facebook messenger with a snapshot of the defective products or incorrect products within 3 days after received parcel and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We will do an exchange to you and return postage fee will be bear by us.

 


 

退款/退货和换货服务 

所有购物网售出的物品一律不接受退款/退货或换货。
由于所有购物网的物品都会清楚表明物品细节和尺寸,所以请顾客考虑清楚后才下单。

每件商品的图片和真实商品会有少许差距,视为正常。

所有余额或退款一律以回馈金的方式来处理。回馈金将会加进您的账号内。

例如:如果你多付了RM3,我们会把RM3 的回馈金存入您的账号户口内。您下次购物时就可以得到现金回扣。

如果产品不能操作,请必须在产品邮寄接收后三天内联络客服安排退货。我们会再收到退货后马上寄出新的产品给您。如果我们这里没有存货,那么我们将会以回馈金的方式全额退款进您的账号内。 

例如:如果退款额为RM199,我们会把RM199 的回馈金存入您的账号户口内。您下次购物时就可以得到现金回扣。


瑕疵品退换货
由于物品都是国外邮寄过来的限量物品,邮寄前都会先检查清楚再出货。如发现有任何瑕疵问题请在收到包裹3天内联繫我们的客服人员,逾期不受理。如果瑕疵不影响物品的使用,我们有权不提供替换。可以接受才下单哦~

如果我们邮寄错的物品或尺寸给您的话,请联繫我们的客服人员,我们会再安排寄送对的物品给您,同时也会要求您寄回错误的物品,邮费将会由我们支付~
