All price are fixed price, and do not include shipping fee.
Any discounts or promotional offers, will be based on the official website and Facebook Group announcement.
Strictly no negotiation.

DELIVERY
We will process your item in 2 working days after you have make a full payment. After that it is depend on how fast the courier service can pickup, process and delivery your parcel. Normally you should receive your parcel within 7 to 10 working days. We are not responsible for any delay cause by the courier company.

If happen that the item is out of stock, we will provide a full refund of money and the money will be credited into your account as rebate money. 

ORDER AND CANCELLATION

NO CANCELLATION OF ORDER CAN BE MADE AFTER PLACED ORDER.
PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE PLACED ORDER.

After placed order in the website, please make payment once order placed.
If we do not received payment within 2 hours after order made (or once the group sales ended) , your order will be automatically cancelled and blacklisted (we will not accept your order again).

DEFECTIVE RETURN
We apologize if we had sent you a defective/incorrect item.
As the product we sell are limited imported from overseas and will be double checked before shipped out. If the defect does not affect the use of the item, we have the rights to not to make any replacement.
Please contact us at facebook messenger with a snapshot of the defective products or incorrect products within 3 days after received parcel and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We will do an exchange to you and return postage fee will be bear by us.

任何折扣或是优惠促销，都会以官网和facebook群众公告为准。
不能有任何异议。

出货 DELIVERY

我们将会在收到全额付款后的两个工作日内，处理您的订单以及安排出货。过后，运输公司会上门拿货，处理以及送货给你们。通常您会在7至10个工作日内收到您的包裹。任何因为运输公司所造成的延误我们将一概不负责。

下单和取消订单 ORDER CANCELLATION

凡是在官网内下单后，请尽快汇款。
如超过2小时没有收到汇款通知，订单将会自动取消，并且列入黑名单。

所有购物车裡的物品如还没有汇款都不给予任何保留。只有接到付款通知了才会保留物品，以示公平。

退款/退货和换货服务 REFUND/EXCHANGE

瑕疵品退换货
由于物品都是国外邮寄过来的限量物品，邮寄前都会先检查清楚再出货。如发现有任何瑕疵问题请在收到包裹3天内联繫我们的客服人员，逾期不受理。如果瑕疵不影响物品的使用，我们有权不提供替换。可以接受才下单哦～

如果我们邮寄错的物品或尺寸给您的话，请联繫我们的客服人员，我们会再安排寄送对的物品给您，同时也会要求您寄回错误的物品，邮费将会由我们支付～
